Over the years Laura has had the opportunity to explore her own yoga practice with wonderful teachers such as Scott Johnson, Andy Gill, Roberta Giannotti, Emma Peel, Sarah Powers and David Keil amongst others. Most recently Laura attended Sarah Power’s 10-day Level 1 Yin & Yang Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation teacher training, and is looking forward to deepening her practice with further study with Sarah in November 2018.
Laura’s style of teaching is calming and nurturing, creating a space for her students to soften and slow down, allowing the time for exploration of the physical body, the breath and the mind. Emphasis is placed on each student listening to their own bodies and letting go of expectations of what yoga should look like.
