Michelle discovered the benefits of Pilates after having her four children. She wanted to find a form of regular exercise that would support her and be suitable for anyone regardless of any changes the body may have gone through, injuries picked up or stage of life. With all the stresses and strains life can throw at you, she soon realised that investing a little time and energy into her own health and well-being was hugely beneficial not only for herself but also for the people around her. After putting herself “back together” through regular Pilates and fitness sessions, she felt so inspired by the positive results that she decided to dedicate herself to learn how to share this with others.

In 2004 she trained in group exercise with the YMCA, then went on to gain qualifications in Aqua, Personal training level 3, Modern Pilates, Pre and Postnatal exercise with Fit to Deliver and a host of other very useful qualifications including mindfulness and the benefits of a positive mindset. Now founder of Mojo-me a health and fitness company dedicated to the health and well-being of others, Michelle finds it a real privilege to pass this special knowledge on to others watching as they go through their sessions feeling so much more confident, stronger, fitter and ready for all the challenges that life brings.
