This six week postnatal Pilates course is the safest and most effective way to get back into physical activity after having your baby. During the sessions we will check for any abdominal muscle separation, learn and practice exercises that are specifically designed to; strengthen the Pelvic floor, strengthen the abdominal muscles, reduce back pain and improve posture and core strength, we will also look at, correct posture when breast feeding, give you time to ask the questions that you have and practice some relaxation techniques.
