Members Open Self Practice

On three early mornings a week, our Pushkar studio is made available for members to use as a warm, quiet and safe space for their own personal practices. We offer teacher-led Flow classes on these mornings also (7-8am) but at times there is nothing quite like the peace and serenity of an early morning self practice away from the distractions and noise of busy urban life.

The open studio is a place to come and roll out your mat, do a sitting practice, an asana practice, or both, or whatever feels right for you in that moment. It can be a magical time in the beautiful luminal space of early morning to tune in and connect with your self.

The studio is open to members only - just book in as usual if you wish to come - officially it opens from 7 to 9am but if you need/wish to come earlier please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate this. You can arrive and leave at any time within these hours.
