Breath for life workshops

A pioneering series of workshops exploring the most important discoveries of breath research and how to harness the healing power of the breath.

It was a thoroughly fascinating introduction to the healing power of breath on the first of our Breath for Life workshops this weekend. The workshop attracted an eclectic mix of people from a few yoga teachers, to a life coach, researcher, Pilates teacher, scientist, psychologist, artist, lawyer, carpenter, counsellor, gardener and writer among others. Many were looking to enhance their knowledge to help others, others were in search of remedies to a whole range of ailments and conditions from heart palpitations to insomnia, depression and rehabilitation after major surgery.

Over the coming months, we will continue to share the most important discoveries of breath research from both ancient wisdom traditions and modern science in this unique and pioneering series of themed workshops. These workshops will cover simple and safe breath practices to enable us to take control of the breath – the most powerful tool we have – and tackle many common conditions and illnesses.

Themed workshops coming up will cover BREATH FOR….
