This month, we are pleased to launch the start of our 1-hour early morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Taught by Gingi Lee, these flowing vinyasa classes will set you up for a mindful, positive and energised start to the day. The classes will accommodate mixed levels and all are welcome. Updates to Membership T&Cs
Due to an ongoing issue with students not showing up for reserved classes, we have changed our T&Cs. Please note that members who do not show up or late cancel (less than 6 hours) more than once in a 30 day cycle, will be charged £5 a class. We recognise that life happens, but please consider others who may not be able to get into class and only book once you are sure you are able to attend.
Sunday Pilates will run at 9am (L2) and 11am (L1) from this weekend.
Early morning Mysore will end at 8am (instead of 8.30) from 17 April – those wishing to go into the adjoining studio for closing and relaxation after 8am are welcome to do so.
