"A question. What would you say in your life you would like less of? How about what you'd like more of? Really consider it for a few minutes. Perhaps it might be fewer hassles, less stress and better health. Or maybe more time, a greater sense of peace or just simply to look and feel more confident in your own skin.
And if there was an unique mechanism that could easily improve your situation in 7 different ways would it be worth finding out how to do that? And if the answer was right in front of you under your nose would you disregard it as being just too simple?
Well, generally that's how people include themselves out of changing their breath to change their life. They think it can't be that easy. Surely, they think, it must be hard work for it to work. No such thing as a free lunch etc. How can anything help if its not a pill, a wine glass or in the naughty jar where you keep the chocolate!
Then again most people don't know much about the 2 Big O's: Oxygen, the primary fuel of the body and Oxytocin, the hormone behind healing, love and connection. If they did they would know that everyone and every cell in every body is hard-wired for bliss when oxygenated correctly through their breathing. Its their birth right, at their control and can improve anything for anybody, at least a bit with correct practice. For many people it can complete transform their situation.
For people who are stuck this is essential and priceless knowledge. Knowing how to move the breath allows you to move most anything out of your way to get you moving forward again.
Maybe its not for you and that's alright too. However if this sounds intriguing, fascinating or even too good to be true, why not come and see for yourself?
It works. Wouldn't you like it to work for you? Its time to find some space to breathe in. It's time to feel better fast. It's time to do give yourself the ability to have a good time, all the time and have your head as a great place to hang out."
