Each class starts with sun salutations to build heat and focus, followed by a series of standing and seated postures. We link movement to breath, which helps to quiet the mind and bring you into the present moment.

We offer both guided classes and Mysore-style self-practice, where you move through the sequence with quiet support from the teacher. That means you can work at your own rhythm, get help when you need it, and slowly build a practice that’s truly your own.
