Our Retreat Plans

In the depths of winter,  as we have been longing for warmth and SUNLIGHT, we have been focusing on where to escape to on our next retreats… Gingi  will be teaching three wonderful, very different retreats coming up in 2018 and 2019. Here are the dates for your diary for our Italy, Scotland and Sri Lanka retreats – with plenty of advance warning!

We have been running retreats for over 15 years and our retreats attract a lovely diverse group of students who come time and again. The retreats give the opportunity for peace, relaxation and solitude, as well as for people to come together socially with like-minded yogis. Our retreats are held in unspoilt magical locations with a focus on nutritious vegetarian food and building a personal yoga practice. The approach is non-dogmatic, laid-back, enjoyable but disciplined! During the morning there is a strong challenging ashtanga practice and during the afternoon sessions we explore more restorative practices. Days are spent resting, swimming, having therapies, walking, visiting the area and evenings spent enjoying dinner and the occasional glass of wine together.
