Can you recall what you ate at your last meal? Can you describe the flavor, the taste, the texture? Everyday we eat and yet how often do we tend to eat mindlessly, in a hurry or thinking out the day’s problems or to-do-list. This workshop will reframe the way in which we eat, the food which we eat and our experience of it. Mindful eating is a powerful way of engaging into our experience of food, our relationship to our body and the joy that is possible when savouring these. Please wear loose comfortable clothes on the day.
Although these are individual mindfulness workshops themed each month, we encourage students to attend as many as possible to fully engage with the practice and incorporate it in your daily life.
